Please allow up to 7 business days for me to process your order. I pack and ship all orders myself, and ship once per week in batches to ensure careful packing and efficient fulfillment. :)

Yes, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, VAT, or other import-related charges that may be required by their country upon delivery. These fees are not included in item prices or shipping costs.

In some cases, additional handling or processing fees may also be charged by local carriers depending on your country’s import regulations.

I cannot issue refunds for shipments that are delayed, held, or returned due to unpaid customs fees or import charges.

Prints, greeting cards, stickers, and notepads shipped between Canada and the United States are generally covered under the CUSMA free-trade agreement and are usually duty-free.
