SHIPPING & FAQ

  • Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Singapore, South Korea, Japan, and Hong Kong.

    International orders include tracking where available. Canadian Economy shipping is untracked.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for me to process your order. I pack and ship all orders myself, and ship once per week in batches to ensure careful packing and efficient fulfillment. :)

    Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

  • Estimated delivery times (once shipped):

    Canada: 1–2 weeks
    United States: 1–3 weeks
    International: 2–6+ weeks (varies by country and customs processing)

    Please note: delivery times are estimates. Customs processing, postal delays, holidays, or remote locations may extend shipping times. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

  • Yes, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, VAT, or other import-related charges that may be required by their country upon delivery. These fees are not included in item prices or shipping costs.

    In some cases, additional handling or processing fees may also be charged by local carriers depending on your country’s import regulations.

    I cannot issue refunds for shipments that are delayed, held, or returned due to unpaid customs fees or import charges.

    Prints, greeting cards, stickers, and notepads shipped between Canada and the United States are generally covered under the CUSMA free-trade agreement and are usually duty-free.

  • If your order is shipped with tracking, your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email once it has been dispatched.

    Please note: Canadian “Economy Shipping” orders are shipped without tracking.

  • If your shipping address was entered correctly, your package is likely still on its way! Please check your tracking if available. Once it reaches your country, your local postal service handles final delivery.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please double-check your order before completing checkout, as processing fees are non-refundable.

  • If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact me as soon as possible. I can only update the address if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

  • In case of a damaged item or incorrect order, please email me through the contact page (or at hello@heatherriversart.com) and include your name, order number, and photos of the damaged item (if applicable). I will get back to you as soon as I can and we will figure out a solution together :)

  • All items are final sale. Returns or exchanges are only offered in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
